The Cheesecake Factory Bakery 10-inch cheesecakes come in a case of 2 cakes. Each cake is pre-sliced into 14 slices, giving you 28 slices per case.

The Cheesecake Factory Bakery 9-inch Brasserie Line cheesecakes come in a case of 4 cakes. Each cake is pre-sliced into 14 slices, giving you 56 slices per case.

The Cheesecake Factory Bakery 10-inch layer cakes come in a case of 2 cakes. Each cake is pre-sliced into 14 slices, giving you 28 slices per case.

The Cheesecake Factory Bakery Medium Cupcakes come in Blackout (item 100502), Red Velvet (item 100505), and Vanilla Bean (item 100503). Each case contains 8 packs of 4 cupcakes, for 32 cupcakes total. They are supplied frozen under the Bakery collection. The At Home range has separate 3 pack mini cupcakes.

The Cheesecake Factory Bakery Mini Cupcakes come in Blackout (item 100942) and Red Velvet (item 100944). Each pack contains 10 mini cupcakes, with 6 packs per case for 60 mini cupcakes total. These are part of the Bakery collection. The Cheesecake Factory At Home collection has its own separate 3 pack mini cupcakes.

No. Dolci Monteleone cakes and crostata are supplied uncut, individually boxed at 1.3 kg each. Cake diameters vary by product; the crostata are 11 inches. Check the relevant product listing for its size.

Large Delizia are 100 g each in boxes of 6. Small Delizia are 45 g each in boxes of 24. Mixed Berry Cheesecake is 100 g each in boxes of 10. Sfogliatella Napoletana is 120 g each in boxes of 75 and is supplied ready to bake. Bake at 400°F for 35–40 minutes. Results may vary depending on your oven.

Our eggless cheesecake collection includes Ferrero Rocher (FCC270002), Biscoff (FCC270003), Mango (FCC270004), and Pistachio (FCC270005). Each cake has 12 pre-sliced units, with 2 cakes per master case. All four are shipped frozen.

Our Molten Lava Cake (item 100011) is supplied in cases of 42 units and shipped frozen.

The macaron program includes packs of 6, 12, and 48 macarons. The 48-pack contains one flavour. Each macaron weighs approximately 18 g and measures about 1.8–1.9 inches across. Contact us to discuss flavour and packaging availability.

Our Retail Offerings feature The Cheesecake Factory At Home exclusively: three single slice flavours, three 3-pack mini cupcake flavours, and five 6-inch boxed flavours. The boxed range includes Original, White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle, Chocolate Mousse, Pumpkin, and Grand Selection.

The Cheesecake Factory At Home single slice cheesecakes come in a case of 12 units. Each unit is a packaged single slice.

The Cheesecake Factory At Home 3 pack mini cupcakes come in a case of 12 retail packs. Each pack contains 3 mini cupcakes, giving you 36 mini cupcakes per case.

Original, White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle, Chocolate Mousse, and Pumpkin come in cases of 6 boxed cheesecakes. Ask our team about the Grand Selection case pack.

All of our cakes are shipped frozen. Follow the product's own storage and handling instructions when receiving, storing, thawing, and serving it.

The 10-inch Bakery cheesecakes and cakes may be refrigerated for up to 7 days. Keep thawed desserts covered and refrigerated. The 9-inch Brasserie cheesecakes also keep for up to 7 days under refrigeration; see their storage and thawing guidance below. For At Home products, cupcakes, and other brands, follow the specific product’s packaging or handling specification, or contact our team.

Keep Brasserie cheesecakes frozen at 0–5°F and always covered. All four keep for up to 7 days under refrigeration at 36–41°F, always covered. To thaw individual slices, cut through the parchment paper with a serrated knife while the cake is frozen, keeping the paper on both sides of each slice. Place the slices on a display plate, date them, and thaw under refrigeration. Replace the protective collar around the remaining frozen cake, wrap it in plastic, and return it to the freezer.

An overnight thaw in the refrigerator is best. Remove the plastic wrapping, then place the cheesecake or cake in its original cake box in the refrigerator for 8–10 hours; thawing time varies by flavour. After thawing, keep it covered and refrigerated until serving.

Remove the cheesecake or cake from its box, then remove the plastic wrapper and paper collar. Thaw it uncovered in the refrigerator for 4–5 hours. Once thawed, keep it covered and refrigerated until serving.

No. The cakes are pre-sliced into 14 slices, so you can thaw only as many as you need. Wrap the slices that remain frozen tightly in plastic wrap and store them in the original box in the freezer. Keep leftover thawed slices in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days for both the 10-inch cakes and 9-inch Brasserie cheesecakes. Keep Brasserie cheesecakes at 36–41°F under refrigeration.

Use a cake cutter or server dipped in warm water. Slide it under the slice, between the base and the cheesecake or cake, and lift the slice out. Carefully peel the wax paper from the back of the slice toward the front.

Refreezing thawed slices is not recommended because their shelf life and product integrity cannot be assured. Keep leftover thawed slices in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days for both the 10-inch cakes and 9-inch Brasserie cheesecakes. Keep Brasserie cheesecakes at 36–41°F under refrigeration.

Yes. Each 1.1 kg pie is delivered frozen, ready to bake in store, with 6 pies per case. Flavours are Peach (RLS011), Apple (RLS012), Wild Blueberry (RLS013), and Cherry (RLS014). Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes, then 360°F for 20 minutes; adjust for your oven.

Our Foodservice Marketing range includes counter cards, sell sheets, pull-up banners, posters, table tents, and custom menus and menu inserts. Retail Marketing covers materials for shelves, counters, windows, floors, and freezer displays. Both pages show examples and available formats. We also offer custom dessert menus, 5-foot-tall metal signage, display case banners, window banners, and display case stickers.
